the 2026 operating guide.
Everything that was scattered across Google Docs, Notion, and iPhone notes — consolidated, updated, and living in one place. This is the brand on paper.
what this is all for.
The one thing to be known for: creating a legacy of wealth building through investing — community impact, empowerment, and accessibility for anyone who wants to change their life.
The identity: investor bestie meets fund manager. Wealth educator meets lifestyle CEO. "I'm not an influencer. I'm an investor who happens to document the journey." Not selling a dream — documenting a blueprint. Wall Street wisdom, social savviness, real-life receipts.
The funnel: Content → Trust → Community → Capital. Instagram and Threads build awareness, LinkedIn builds investor trust, the newsletter owns the audience, and Doorbells + Bell Acquisitions turn attention into AUM.
what gets made.
The Penthouse is my headquarters — every company, system, and idea starts there, but it's for me, not the audience. What the audience actually experiences are these five signature franchises. Each franchise runs its own shows (the recurring series I film) and connects to the companies that turn attention into infrastructure — Bell Acquisitions, Doorbells — while Capital Conversations touches every franchise as my community, never a content bucket of its own.
| Franchise | The move | Tone |
|---|---|---|
| The $100M Climb | My public documentary — building a real-estate + private-credit empire in real time, imperfect action, 1% better daily. People follow because they're watching it happen, not because it's already finished. | Transparent, real, inspiring |
| How Money Moves | My intellectual property — how Brittany Bell thinks about wealth: leverage, ownership, private credit, cash flow, wealth psychology. Not "real estate tips." My biggest long-term franchise; the personality (Investor Bestie) lives inside it. | Strategic, transparent |
| Wealth for Women Who Want It All | My mission — investor-bestie financial literacy, first $1K to allocation to owning assets. The accessible on-ramp. The "Rich" lane of Hot Rich Happy. | Bold, confident, no fluff |
| Hot Rich Happy | The woman behind the empire — becoming capable of holding the life I'm building. Performance content, not beauty content. | Soft flex meets strategy |
| Behind the Deals — Investor's Diary | The emotional side of wealth — BTS of real deals, founder + fund breakdowns, what investing actually feels like. Humans, not numbers. | Raw, reflective, intimate |
The shows inside each franchise — The $100M Climb: Weekly Portfolio Update · Deal Diary · Walk With Me · Raising Capital · Lessons From This Week. How Money Moves: Brittany Thinks... · Investor Bestie · Whiteboard Wednesdays · Business Breakdowns · Case Studies · Money Myths. Wealth for Women: Women Who Invest · First Investment Stories · Female Founder Spotlight · Money Conversations. Hot Rich Happy: My Life on Location · Sunday Reset · Morning Routine · HRH Habits · Get Ready With Me. Investor's Diary: Founder Conversations · Lessons Learned · The Messy Middle · Something I Don't Talk About Enough · Investor Stories.
Where the companies fit — Bell Acquisitions lives inside The $100M Climb + How Money Moves. Doorbells (the public brand of Bell Capital LLC — that legal name stays internal, never external) lives inside How Money Moves + Investor's Diary. Capital Conversations isn't a franchise; it's the community that touches all five.
Quality gate — every post must do at least one: teach something, shift a mindset, document something real, build trust, or make someone feel seen. If it doesn't hit one, it doesn't go up.
when it ships.
One theme per week from the 52-week narrative spine ($0 → $100K → $1M challenge: Foundation wks 1–13 · Execution 14–26 · Scale 27–39 · Multiply 40–52). Same lesson, different depths, every platform.
Cadence: IG 4–5 reels/wk + 2 carousels, stories daily · TikTok 4–5/wk re-cut native (never a raw repost) · YouTube 1 long-form Sunday + 2–3 shorts · LinkedIn 3–4/wk (daily posting cuts reach ~40%) · Threads + X daily · Newsletter Monday. Best IG window observed: 8:30–9:45pm. Threads is the idea lab — winners graduate into carousels and reels. One theme a week, re-cut native per platform; the signals that compound in 2026 are sends (DM shares, ~3–5× likes), saves (~3× likes), and watch-time.
Create once, distribute everywhere. Your only weekly inputs: 8–12 B-roll clips captured while living, 2 talking-head reels, 1 voiceover script, 1 diary drop, the Monday newsletter, the Sunday YouTube. The team fans it out to 25–45 posts. Dave owns edits and repurposing; Lavenia owns graphics, carousels, and visual consistency. The goal is removing you from admin, never from creativity.
If the week breaks: drop to 5 days, repurpose winners, lean Threads-to-carousel, switch to easy documentation mode. The system bends, it doesn't break.

the scoreboard.
| Platform | Now → target | Role |
|---|---|---|
| 23.2K → 100K+ | Break the years-long 22K plateau. Awareness + virality. | |
| 1.2K → 50K | THE priority — the under-leveraged reputation engine. Investor trust. | |
| Threads | 6.2K → 25–40K | Idea lab. 500K–1M monthly impressions. |
| YouTube | 293 → 5–10K | Trust engine for capital and partnerships. |
| TikTok | 392 → 10–20K | Passive repurposing only. |
| Newsletter | early → 10K+ | The owned audience. Conversion layer. |
Measured weekly: saves, shares, reel reach, profile visits, watch-time retention, comment quality, DM conversions (investors, partners, community). Not vanity counts.
Phases: Foundation Q1–Q2 (IG 45K, LI 12K, NL 2.5K) → Authority Q2–Q3 (IG 75K, collabs, brand deals) → Scale Q3–Q4 (monetize, delegate).

The full visual and verbal identity now lives in its own tab: The Brand Guide holds the palette with live hex codes, the type system, the wordmark, the voice one-pager, and the do / don't. It's also the home for every branding document as it comes in.

Notion stays as the backup system — one clean HQ page mirrors this hub, nothing else. iPhone notes and scattered docs are retired: if it matters, it lives here.
